TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All prices are indicated in EUR net of VAT for displaying banners for 2 calendar weeks. Payments can be effected in any other currency (USD, RUR, CNY, HKD, LVL, EEK, LTL, UAH …). Banners are displayed on the web-site only on pre-payment conditions.
• If displaying banners in several sections and choosing several packages, prices are estimated by summing services, and additional discounts are not granted.
• Order for advertising at the Internet site is being placed not less then two calendar weeks before displaying, and the advertisement (banner) – not less then three working days. If the order is being placed less
  - less then two weeks before publishing, website editorial office without notifying advertising company charges additional 5% from the order price.
  - less then one week before publishing, website editorial office without notifying advertising company charges additional 8% from the order price.
  - less then three days week before publishing, website editorial office without notifying advertising company charges additional 15% from the order price.
• Minimum advertising period is 2 weeks.
• Banner to be displayed is provided by advertising company, according to the technical information on banner size and weight. If the banner does not match the given size, weight or format, website editorial office without notifying the advertising company corrects banner (excluding informative and visual part) and charges the advertising company additional 5% of the order price.
• Displaying substandard banner is specified separately.
• Website administration does not carry any responsibility for the content of banner and its correspondent to the national legislation of any state. The advertising company carries all the responsibility for the content of banner.
• Editorial office reserves the right without any further explanations refuse to display banner on the Internet site.
