Chapman Freeborn entered into a strategic partnership with Swiss WorldCargo

Chapman Freeborn air chartering, a global aircraft charter specialist, has entered into a strategic partnership with Swiss WorldCargo to support all the airfreight carrier's third-party chartering requirements through its worldwide office network, according to the Shipping Gazette.
Their new agreement will enable Swiss WorldCargo to expand its product portfolio and offer its international clients full- or part-charter services for air freight using an extensive range of aircraft worldwide.
"We're delighted to sign this partnership agreement with Swiss WorldCargo and we welcome the opportunity to offer our cargo charter services to their international client base," CEO of Chapman Freeborn Russi Batliwala said. "Their expertise in belly cargo and worldwide network of destinations make it an ideal fit."
Chapman Freeborn will benefit by working closely with Swiss WorldCargo, which has a network of 120 destinations in 80 countries served by a fleet of 85 aircraft including Airbus A319, A320, A321, A330-300 and A340 types, a company statement said.
The agreement was signed in Zurich, Switzerland and follows the March launch of a cooperation deal between Chapman Freeborn and Lufthansa Cargo, the partner airline of Swiss International Air Lines of which Swiss WorldCargo is the air freight division.
"It is our strategic goal to strengthen and deepen customer relationships in our chosen markets and to offer a more complete solution set, and we're convinced that in Chapman Freeborn we have found the perfect partner for charter and other related services," chief cargo officer of Swiss International Air Lines Oliver Evans said.
