PANOPA expands Fleet Management in Poland

  30.06.2014

PANOPA Logistik Polska Sp. z o.o. continues to grow in the Fleet Management segment. For the fleet management services that PANOPA has been offering in Poland for only a few months now the number of fleet
vehicles looked after is to increase continuously in the coming years. Fleet management covers vehicles of both the PANOPA Group and external customers.
“The outsourcing market for fleet management services in Poland has hardly developed up to now,” says Alicja Cholodowska, who is jointly responsible for Fleet Management at PANOPA Logistik Polska together with Arkadiusz Kasprzak. “Many companies still manage their fleet themselves because they are worried about rising
costs as well as loss of control,” substantiates Arkadiusz Kasprzak.
“However, we don’t see that as a disadvantage, but as an opportunity to grow in this market.” All of this requires, in particular, explanatory work so the companies concerned realize how much savings and cost optimization potential they can achieve by assigning management of their fleet to an external specialist. “In Poland there are numerous fleets operated via full service leasing and customers are largely of the opinion that
our service is equivalent to that of a leasing firm,” Alicja Cholodowska describes the situation. “That’s not the case, however, because no other company in Poland apart from PANOPA currently offers a complete package
with all service modules of fleet management.” The PANOPA Group now looks after around 3,000 vehicles. On the basis of a detailed analysis, PANOPA Logistik Polska offers vehicle fleet customers tailored solutions with individual service modules. Agreements for full service as well as for specific services, such as invoicing, reporting, fuel card, tyre or damage management, are possible. Companies can thus focus fully on their business and core competencies.
