Public Joint Stock Company “GLOBALTRUCK MANAGEMENT”, one of the largest Full Truck Load (“FTL”) trucking companies in Russia and the leader in the Ural and Siberian markets, announced operating results for the fourth quarter and twelve months of 2017.

In the fourth quarter of 2017 its average number of trucks increased by 0.6% year on year and reached 1,095, due to the fact that truck purchases were made mainly at the end of the third quarter and beginning of the 4Q 2017.
The national freight rate RUB/km in 2017 grew by 5.4% year on year, while in the 4Q 2017 it increased by 6.5% year on year, to 32.58 RUB/km. The total run per month in 2017 grew by 2.2%, to 202.37 mln km.
Alexander Eliseev, the Group’s co-founder and CEO, said:
“In 2017 we fully achieved the targets we set for the year and reached very good operating results. 2017 was a special year for the Group: we were the first in our industry to carry out a successful IPO on the Moscow Exchange. We hope that it will contribute to the further growth of transparency and the attractiveness of the whole Russian road transportation market for investors, as it has huge growth potential. During 2017 we worked on increasing operational efficiency and strengthening our competitive advantages, including the size and young age of our fleet, our wide range of clients that are leaders of their own dynamically developing markets and an extensive route network. Going forward we are planning to continue implementation of our long term development strategy aimed at strengthening Globaltruck Group’s positions as a leader in the road transportation market”.
