Kalmar, the business area providing container handling solutions within Cargotec, has received a significant order for 247 terminal tractors from PSA Singapore Terminals, the world's largest container transhipment hub. The delivery of the terminal tractors starts in mid-2007. 
The terminal tractors will be designed in Ottawa, Kansas, U.S.A., and assembly will be done mostly in Shanghai, China. Kalmar South East Asia will provide spare parts and service.  
The value of the order is approximately EUR 15 million and it has been booked in December 2006.
