International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) recently announced management movements for its flagship, Manila International Container Terminal (MICT).
Appointed were Julio Cabral as MICT Operations Manager, Marilou Jolejole as Billing and Documentation Manager and Oscar Zornosa as Fund Management Manager. Designated as new Assistant Managers were Nestor Lisondra, Operations; Peter Young, Billing and Documentation; Juvelyn Taasan, Credit and Collection and Crizaldy Carlos, Information Technology Systems and Services.
Prior to his new post, Mr. Cabral was the Assistant Operations Manager for Administration and Planning. He joined ICTSI in 1989 as Container Yard (CY) Checker, and was promoted to Foreman in 1994. He became CY Supervisor in 1996, and was promoted to CY Superintendent in 1998, before being named Assistant Manager in 2004. Before ICTSI, he worked at Razon International Stevedoring Co. as a checker and warehouseman. He is a graduate of B.S. Medical Technology from San Juan de Dios College.
Ms. Jolejole, former CY Billing Assistant Manager, joined ICTSI in 1988 as Costing Clerk, was promoted to Supervisor in 1993, and was named Superintendent in 1997. She was designated Assistant Manager for CY Billing in 2001. Ms. Jolejole graduated from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce majoring in Accounting. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Mr. Zornosa, former Fund Management Assistant Manager joined the company in 1988 as Chief Cashier under the Treasury and Administration Department and was promoted to Assistant Manager in 1998. Mr. Zornosa graduated from the University of the East with a degree in Accounting.
Mr. Lisondra, former OIC Superintendent, joined ICTSI in 1988 as CY Checker, and was promoted to Foreman in 1989. In 1992, he was designated as Supervisor, and was named OIC Superintendent in 2003. Mr. Lisondra is a graduate of B.S. Customs Administration from Cebu Central College.
Mr. Young, former CFS/CY Superintendent, is Billing and Documentation Assistant Manager. Mr. Young started with ICTSI in 1988 as Billing Staff and was designated as Billing Auditor in 1991. He was promoted to Supervisor in 1998 and to Superintendent in 2001. Mr. Young graduated with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Far Eastern University, and holds an MBA, majoring in Information and Computer Management from De La Salle University.
Ms. Taasan, former Credit Collection Officer joined ICTSI as Payroll Clerk in 1990, and was seconded as Billing Staff in 1993. She was designated as Secretary in 1996 and was promoted to Credit and Collection Supervisor in 1999. She was named Superintendent in 2002. Ms. Taasan is an Accounting graduate from the National College of Business Administration. She also completed a three-year Computer Programming course at the De La Salle University under a government scholarship grant.
Mr. Carlos, former ITSS Technical Support Officer joined ICTSI in 1995 as Computer Technician, and was designated in 1997 as Technical Support Assistant. He was named Network Administrator from 1998 and as Technical Support Officer from 1999 until 2006. Mr. Carlos finished Electronics Technology from the Bataan National School of Arts and Trades and a Bachelor Technology major in Information Technology from Technological University of the Philippines. He holds various IT certifications including from Microsoft and Cisco.
