Martinair is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Gibbens as the Perishables Account Representative in the United Kingdom. This newly created position will be responsible for overseeing all commercial, logistic and quality activities in the U.K. for Martinair Cargo and Tampa Cargo and will take effective October 1st, 2007.
Paul has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of perishable logistics, having been formerly employed by World Cargo Handling, Geest Tropical Produce and most recently as the Aviation Logistics Manager for Christian Salvesen Logitics at the Manchester Airport where he was tasked with securing deliveries to airside retail/engineering outlets.
Paul has also served in British Army and on his time off enjoys traveling, scuba diving, cooking, gardening and horse back riding.
