Agility Europe has successfully realigned the organization of its Area Central Europe, which consists of Germany, Poland and Benelux, under the direction of Holger Punjer. The organisational structures for the area are set up and the process flows that allow for personal customer services are defined. The foundation of Agility’s own subsidiary in Poland thus marks the first important milestone in the establishment of the area.
The GIL European Management team has decided to appoint new forces to the management position that will further advance Agility’s development within the structures successfully set up. Holger Punjer and Agility are thus separating by consensual agreement.  
Since February 1, 2008, Oliver Hellmold is acting Managing Director for Area Central Europe. Previously, Oliver was CFO of Area Central Europe and has been a key contributor to the positive development of Agility’s organization. Ad interim, Freyja Dyck will act as CFO for Area Central Europe.
