P&I club has successfully issued $100 million of Capital Securities and application will be made to the UK Listing Authority on the 22nd August for the Capital Securities to be admitted to the official list of the London Stock Exchange expected on the 26th August. The Club expects to be in receipt of funds on 22 August.
