The ‘New Nemo’ service, jointly operated by CMA CGM and Hapag-Lloyd, has started calling at the Port of Hamburg, following the arrival of the CMA CGM Galilee at the German port towards the end of last month, according to Exim News Service.
Ports served by the New Nemo are: Hamburg, Rotterdam, Le Havre, La Spezia, Damietta, Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Singapore, Port Klang, Chennai, Colombo, Damietta, Marsaxlokk, La Spezia and Tilbury.
The New Nemo offers a transit time of 31 days between Hamburg and Fremantle (Australia). With weekly departures, a round-trip is scheduled to take 84 days, according to a release.
The service deploys a total of 12 vessels, ranging in capacity from 2,100-2,800 TEUs. Each partner operates six vessels.
