RS customers’ satisfaction indices remain high in 2008

The factor  “Professionalism” has gained the highest record of all the other factors of the model with 91 points out of 100. This factor shows customers’ satisfaction with the quality of the works performed by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS) staff.
The loyalty level of the shipping companies to the RS activities has increased with 2 points compared with the 2007 results and makes 87 points, showing improvement of the shipowners’ loyalty index. The high level of the shipping companies’ satisfaction is approved by the 80 points of the satisfaction index in 2008.
Highly appreciated were the RS performance on ISM Code and professionalism of the staff (91 points each).
The indices showing results for the RS customers – industrial enterprises have increased compared with the similar measurement carried out in 2007. The loyalty index in 2008 is 85 points, and almost 80 points for the satisfaction index.  The customers of this group keep on esteeming their cooperation with RS and are ready to recommend the RS services to their colleagues and contacts.
The factor “Quality of the RS requirements and rules” has been highly esteemed as well, all the sub-factors of this factor have got over 80 points.
