Global Ports Investments PLC announces management appointments at its terminals. Valery Mestulov who previously served as General Manager of OOO Moby Dik (Kronstadt) and OOO Yanino Logistic Park (Leningrad Region) was appointed General Manager of OOO Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company (Vostochny Port, Vrangel village). He will replace the VSC’s current General Manager, John Scourtis, who has served in this capacity since June 2006. The new General Manager of OOO VSC will continue to pursue the Global Ports’ Far East strategy which includes, among other things, performance of the investment program and increase of efficiency of the terminal’s operations.
Valery Evgenievich Mestulov was born in 1959 in the Voronezh Region. He has worked for various N-Trans companies for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in running container terminals, including in the Far East of Russia. At various times in the past he headed OOO Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company (Vostochny Port, Vrangel village) and OOO Vladivostok Container Terminal (Vladivostok). Prior to his appointment as General Manager of OOO Moby Dik (Kronstadt) and OOO Yanino LP (Leningrad Region) he focused on the development strategy of inland terminals of Global Ports group.
Alexander Dudko who previously served as the Director for Operations of OOO Vostochnaya Stevedoring Company was appointed a new General Manager of OOO Moby Dik container terminal.
Alexander Vladimirovich Dudko was born in 1981 in Sochi. He received a degree from the Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University (Saint Petersburg) and the UK Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He received a master’s degree from the Cass Business School of the City University London (United Kingdom). He joined OOO VSC in early 2011 from DP World Southampton (UK) where he held various positions.
