The Hamburg logistics provider HOYER will be attending the “transfairlog” 2012 with its own stand. At this first trade fair for international transport and logistics management, HOYER is presenting its comprehensive transport and logistics services for the chemical, food, gas and petroleum industries.
The range of services offered by HOYER includes transport and logistics primarily for liquid products, including hazardous goods, in tank containers, road tankers, flexitanks and Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) as well as full-service and supply chain solutions (SCS). The aim of this dedicated HOYER business unit is to develop specialised logistical services geared to customers’ needs and demands, and to implement these flexibly as and when required. For this purpose, HOYER’s European network can provide comprehensive “on-site” support, with fixed contacts and centrally controlled procedures.
The “transfairlog” places a special emphasis on the economic region comprising the North Sea and Baltic states. This region is home to 147 million people, almost a third of the European Union’s entire population, and generates 30 percent of the EU’s GDP, at 725 billion euros, and it is of immense importance to HOYER too.
HOYER is expanding its presence particularly in Russia. As recently as March 2012, it set up a new branch in St. Petersburg; and another office is located in Moscow. It is also focussing on other central and eastern European sites, however. Thus the HOYER Group is also represented in Klaipeda and Odessa.
