Three representatives from the International Standard for Port Security (ISPS) visited Mundra Port and Kandla Port last week. They undertook a security survey at both facilities and discussed the different aspects of security with the concerned officials, according to Exim News Service.
They were accompanied by Mr Navneet Goyal, Commissioner of Customs, IB officials and others.
At Kandla Port, the delegation members met with Dr P. D. Vaghela, Chairman of Kandla Port Trust, Mr M. A. Bhaskarachar, Deputy Chairman, the Heads of Department and other senior officials.
