Swissport International, a provider of ground services for the aviation sector, has secured two additional major cargo customers at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, following several successes already this year.
From this month, Swissport Cargo Services will begin cargo handling for Air China’s daily B747-400 freighters into and out of Amsterdam, and will also begin handling the trucked freight movements at Schiphol for Turkish Airlines, before also taking over the handling of Turkish Airlines’ flown cargo volumes at Amsterdam Schiphol from September.

The addition of Turkish Airlines and Air China follow a dozen other customer wins for Swissport Cargo Services at Amsterdam this year, including the world’s largest air cargo carrier Korean Airlines.
